WLIC 2023 hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, WLIC 2023 knows
extenuating circumstances do occur. The WLIC 2023 Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
The WLIC 2023 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to
the annual WLIC 2023 conference.
- Conference registration canceled on-line on, or before May 19th 2023 is 100% refundable with $0 administrative fee.
- Registrants canceling on or after May 20th 2023 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not
be waived.
- In the event WLIC 2023 must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, WLIC 2023 will refund the
cost of registration.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents WLIC 2023 from continuing
with a conference, training, or webinar.
Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site
unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.

- Conference registration canceled on-line on, or before April 14th 2025 is refundable with deduction of $50 as bank
administrative fee.
- Registrants canceling on or after April 8th 2025 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not
be waived.
- In the event WLMIC 2025 must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, WLMIC 2025 will refund the
cost of registration.
